Peter Sarstedt
Peter Eardley Sarstedt〔(【引用サイトリンク】Australasian Performing Right Association "> url = http://www.apra.com.au/site/public/searchworksresult.stm?worktitle=WHERE%20DO%20YOU%20GO%20TO&switchdet=Y )〕 (born 10 December 1941) is a British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has recorded a number of well-known and successful albums and singles since the 1960s. Although his music is classified as pop, it generally encompasses more traditional folk ballads rather than standard pop music. He is best known for his 1969 self composed hit "Where Do You Go To (My Lovely)?".

He attended Victoria Boys' School in Kurseong, in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal. His family returned to England in 1954. just before the rock 'n' roll boom, where the Sarstedt brothers started out performing skiffle music
He is the younger brother of the 1960s pop star Eden Kane, for whom he briefly played bass, and the elder brother of pop singer Clive Sarstedt.
